Each situation is carefully examined and considered to ensure the best interest and safety of the student and persons involved.

To report an incident involving a student participating in the Rocky Mountain Youth Exchange Program, you may use this form. If it is an immediate emergency situation, please pick up the phone and dial 911 for emergency services. The State Department Emergency Hotline number is 1-866-283-9090 or they may be emailed at jvisas@state.gov. The form below will result in a report being generated to the Program chairs and the Youth Protection Officers, it does not send to other officials or authorities.
